Compliments
As with many such services, success is partly built through reputation and word-of-mouth. We would therefore be very pleased to receive positive feedback about LCMJ Tutoring's services, and encourage you to recommend us to other potential clients if you so wish.
We may wish to use your positive feedback on the testimonials part of this site and on social media. We reserve the right to add such comments, suitably anonymised. In providing feedback, you should make clear if you do not wish this to happen.
Complaints
While we are confident about the positive impact that LCMJ Tutoring services will have, we recognise that one-to-one tutoring does not work for every child.
We encourage clients to raise any concerns they may about the provision of LCMJ Tutoring's services at the earliest opportunity. It is easier to resolve problems and re-calibrate the provision of tutoring, at any early stage than to allow any issues to be left unresolved.
In such circumstances, you are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with LCMJ Tutoring in person or by e-mail (info@lcmjtutoring.com). Please provide as much information as possible.
Refunds
If any concerns about the provision of LCMJ Tutoring services cannot be resolved to the client's satisfaction, and the client wishes to cancel future tutoring sessions, 7 days notice of cancellation of future sessions must be provided. A full refund of payment made will be made for sessions beyond that 7 day period. There will be no refund for sessions within the 7 day period.
If a client needs to cancel one or more sessions on an ad hoc basis (for example, due to a child's illness), refunds will not be made. However, subject to mutual availability, "make up" sessions will be scheduled at no additional cost.
In all circumstances, please inform LCMJ Tutoring of any changes in your availability at the earliest opportunity to resolve any scheduling issues.
